Stephen has more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of commercial matters. He advises clients in relation to property, structuring, estate planning and related issues. Stephen holds qualifications in law and accounting.

Bill was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1965 and subsequently as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia. In 2015, the Queensland Law Society awarded Bill its President’s Medal for services to the legal profession.

Bill’s fields of practice have been broad – ranging across finance and securities, commercial litigation, property litigation, town planning applications and appeals, contract disputes, valuation objections and appeals, wills and deceased estates and anything involving the application of property law.

At present, Bill’s principal areas of practice are contract (including landlord and tenant) disputes, industrial, commercial and residential conveyancing and unit and land development.

Dan Ronan


Dan has extensive experience in assisting developers in all areas of property development including advising on titling structures, mixed use and staged developments, community management schemes, preparing of the plan contracts for large scale residential developments and all aspects of planning and environmental law, including litigation. 

Dan's special interest lies in all aspects of property development, with a focus on town planning issues and planning and environment matters. Dan understands that any given development may be subject to a wide range of local and state planning schemes and codes. The potential for delay and disputes arising out of non compliance with planning requirements or facing objections to development plans are both common and costly.

Dan works closely with his clients, and highly experienced consultants to ensure that projects comply with the relevant planning requirements and has the skills and experience to deal with any difficulties that may arise in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.

Emma Taylor


Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Creative Industries from the Queensland University of Technology. Emma completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2013 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2014. Emma is currently completing a Master of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology.

Kerri was admitted as a solicitor in 2015.  Her primary areas of practice are property law and conveyancing with a developing focus on planning and environment law.  She also has experience in wills and estate planning and administration.

Dominic holds a Bachelor of laws from the University of Queensland. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2015.

Georgie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in October 2017.
