 Andrew has practised law for close to 20 years as both a solicitor and barrister.  His experience ranges from acting for some of Australia’s largest companies to acting for small business owners.  He has particular interest and experience in property law, partnership and shareholder disputes and restructuring.

Loan holds a Bachelor of Law and Business Management (Economics) from the University of Queensland and was admitted as a solicitor in June 2015. She has practised in a wide range of areas including family, succession, construction and criminal law. Her predominant areas of practice are property law, commercial law and retirement village law (titling issues, acquisition of land and shopping centres and leasing).

Joseph Bailes

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science and completed his studies in a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in June 2018. His previous experience ranges in a variety of areas including family and migration law. Joseph was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2018 and predominantly works in the area of retirement village law.

Dan has extensive experience in assisting developers in all areas of property development including advising on titling structures, mixed use and staged developments, community management schemes, preparing off the plan contracts for large scale residential developments and all aspects of planning and environmental law, including litigation.

Dominic  holds a  Bachelor of  laws  from  the University of Queensland.  He completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2015.  His primary areas of practice are property law (including conveyancing and leases) and construction law (including resolution of disputes as well as contract negotiations).

Thomas Massey

Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University. He received his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice while working as a Judge’s Associate in the Queensland District Court in 2016 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland that same year. Tom’s primary areas of work are in property law and planning law. He also has an avid interest in the area of Succession Law.
